Every Sunday from 8 am until noon on winter and 12 in summer, you can find in Consell, one of the famoust and finest street markets on the island.
In it we can find any type of object used, from household utensils, pots through plants, to discs, clothing and all kinds of furniture from all eras.
The market is held outdoors and the ideal is to move it by car. Taking the motorway towards Inca / Alcudia from Palma de Mallorca. We will leave at exit 17, cross the town on the main street (towards Santa Maria), and by the exit on the left hand, see the bustle of the market. It is very easy to park, for one euro, we can leave the car in a makeshift parking lot in the same industrial estate.
The market fills several blocks of the site, on the left bank of the old national road Inca aa palm. It is also possible to make a stop at the market. This requires you to present an early morning (about 7 to get a space ..)
This track is notable for the great quantity and quality of the objects that we find second-hand, although we do not have clothing too, if that it is relatively easy to find all types of furniture Mallorquí.
MUST DO:
- It is very interesting, to breakfast a typical pa amb oli in the polygon’s bar. Good and cheap. I recomend cheese with ham.
- If you love music vinyls here you can find one of the most interesting “shops” on the island. Albums of all styles and eras, previously selected and in perfect conditions.
- Old water bottles, niche furnitures and vintage clothes for your epoca home.
- Vintage Bikes at a great prices.
